D-008, hiërarchische flowD-008, hierarchical flow
D-008 is de fabrikantverklaring voor anti-dumping: de invoerder bewijst dat de goederen van een geregistreerde producent afkomstig zijn. Dat rechtvaardigt het lage individuele tarief in plaats van het residuele. D-008 is the manufacturer declaration for anti-dumping: the importer proves the goods come from a registered producer. That justifies the low individual rate instead of the residual.

Y-vrijstellings-codes en C-certificaten kunnen sanctie-hits dimmen, de hit blijft zichtbaar (met reden), maar telt niet meer voor het stoplicht-oordeel. The sanctions widget pulls hits from TARIC, then applies coverage based on your documents. Y exemption codes and C certificates can dim sanction hits, the hit stays visible (with reason), but no longer counts for the traffic-light verdict.
Bescheiden in het PDF-rapportDocuments in the PDF report
Elke aangevinkte bescheid komt genoemd in het rapport, met code, omschrijving en verordening. Ook niet-aangevinkte maar overwogen alternatieven staan er onderin, zodat de auditor ziet welke keuzes u expliciet niet heeft gemaakt. Every ticked document appears in the report by code, description and regulation. Non-ticked but considered alternatives are listed at the bottom, so an auditor sees which choices you explicitly did not make.

De verleiding is groot om vrijstellingen aan te vinken die het tarief verlagen. Maar bij een Douane-controle moet u het bescheid kunnen tonen. Vink dus alleen aan wat u fysiek heeft, het rapport legt uw keuze vast met tijdstempel, dus achteraf aanpassen valt op. The temptation is to tick exemptions that lower the rate. But in a customs audit you must be able to produce the document. So only tick what you physically have, the report records your choice with a timestamp, so tampering later shows up.
